Corporate Image Film for SMEs

Your workshop is first-class. Online, no one can tell. In a single shoot day we change that — at a fixed price, without agency chaos. A corporate image film that shows your company the way you already see it.

A prospect hears about you, googles you — and lands on a site that looks like 2011. Meanwhile your real strength sits inside the building, where half the region would envy your depth of production.

For years the rule was: good work speaks for itself. At trade fairs and in your association you have long felt that this no longer holds. Today, jobs don’t go to the better companies — they go to the more visible ones. A corporate image film is how you build that visibility.

What you get

A second enquiry channel that keeps working when word-of-mouth goes quiet. Your film works on your website, in sales and at trade fairs — for years, without you lifting a finger.

A company that finally looks the way it is. High-quality and credible, never loud or staged — and without anyone having to perform for the camera.

A project that costs you almost nothing but a day. One shoot day at your site, one go-ahead from you, I handle the rest. No ten rounds of feedback, no briefing marathon, no agency ping-pong.

Why one person instead of an agency

With me you know up front what you get and what it costs — one package, one fixed price. And you know who stands in your workshop: me. No rotating team, one contact from the first call to the finished film.

I sharpened my craft on productions for luxury hotels, where every frame has to sit. I bring that standard to where it actually moves the needle: the German Mittelstand. That does not mean your plant ends up looking like a hotel brochure — a production hall may look like work, it just has to look good.

★★★★★ Heiko has been a pleasure to work with. He is professional, dedicated and talented. We have worked with him for a couple of years and continue to on an ongoing basis for both photography and videography projects. He helped us come up with ideas, refine our processes, and produce great outputs that consistently improve over time. I would recommend him for anything photo or video related.

What a corporate image film costs

One package, one price. The price is fixed before we shoot.

Image film compact — €3,900

One shoot day, a 2 to 2.5-minute film, three vertical short clips for social media, and full usage rights for your own channels.

Image film plus — €5,400

Everything above, plus drone footage of your premises, a 30-second cut-down for ads and trade fairs, six short clips instead of three, and fresh team photos from the same shoot day.

Customers and staff — €6,400

An image film and a recruiting film from a single shoot day — two separate films with different stories, one for customers and one for applicants. Ideal if you are hiring at the same time.

Add-ons: drone footage €590, second shoot day €1,900. All prices net, plus VAT.

And if you are genuinely not happy at the end, you get your money back minus 30 percent — provided you tell me within 14 days and the film is not published yet. That puts almost all of the risk on me.

Where I film

I film within roughly 150 km of Donauwörth — from Nuremberg to Munich, from Ulm to Regensburg — with no travel surcharge. My focus region covers Augsburg, Ingolstadt and the whole Donau-Ries. Looking for something else? See all my services, or a commercial or product video if you want to sell a specific product.

Let us talk for 15 minutes

Free and non-binding. We work out what you need — and whether a film is a fit at all. Sometimes the honest answer is that you do not need a video right now. I will tell you that too. More about me.

Frequently asked questions

What does a corporate image film for a mid-sized company cost?

From €3,900 net. Most projects land between €3,900 and €6,400, depending on whether drone footage, short cut-downs or a second film for recruiting are added. After a first call you get a fixed-price offer.

Do I have to speak on camera?

Only if you want to. Many films live off your employees and documentary shots of everyday work. Nobody has to memorise lines.

How long can I use the film?

Typically two to four years, as long as your team, premises and direction do not fundamentally change.

What about areas that must not be filmed?

We define those together before the shoot. On request I sign a non-disclosure agreement. The raw footage stays with me and is deleted after the project on request; nothing is published without your written approval — not even as a reference on my own site.
